The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (J&K BOPEE) recently conducted the Common Entrance Test for the admission to GNM (Lateral Entry) Courses-2023. JKBOPEE Declaration of Result
The Board has not received any representations against the answer key uploaded by the Board on its website within the prescribed dates mentioned in the guidelines referred to in Notification No. 034-BOPEE of 2023 dated 30-06-2023. As a result, the candidates’ results have been prepared and are available as per the Annexure-A to this Notification.
Resolving Tie in Entrance Test Marks
In cases where two or more candidates have secured the same marks in the Entrance Test, the Inter-se-Merit/ Tie has been resolved based on the candidate’s Date of Birth (D.O.B), followed by the first alphabet of the Name of the Candidate.
Seeking Re-totaling of Marks
As per the provisions under the heading “General Information and Instructions” at Page No.11 of the e-Information Brochure, candidates who have any objection against their result can submit a written representation along with a payment receipt of Rs.1000/-. The fee is to be paid through a POS Machine at the BOPEE Offices in Srinagar or Jammu for the purpose of re-totaling of marks. The representation(s) must be received within three working days of uploading this Notification on the BOPEE website after the result declaration. Any representation received after the prescribed date/time will not be entertained.
Counseling Schedule
